Check all wiring connections from the EM brake to the controller.

Disconnect brake and recycle the key, if code changes to 1-2, replace brake.
(To disconnect brake open pedestal and disconnect the green and white wires)

                                         

If replacing the brake does not eliminate the 1-1 code, replace the controller.
